How to sign a document with an e-signature online
Upload a PDF or Word document (it is converted to PDF) and choose how to sign: NCALayer on a computer with a key file or token, or the eGov Mobile and eGov Business apps on a phone — by QR code or a button.
The signature is checked right away: it must match the document, the certificate must be issued by the NCA, valid and not revoked. An NCA timestamp is added. The result is a Doodocs card: a PDF with a signing mark, a page of signatures and the files attached for verification.

What is NCALayer?
A free app of the Kazakhstan NCA for signing with an e-signature key on a computer. Download it at pki.gov.kz; it must be running while you sign.
How do I sign with eGov Mobile?
Press “eGov Mobile”, scan the QR code with the app (on a phone, press the button) and confirm. To sign on behalf of a company, use eGov Business.
Where can I check a signed document?
Upload the Doodocs card to “Verify signature” here or at check.doodocs.kz.
